Putting off real work.

Well, I remember seeing someone playing a game on their laptop back in college and I looked over their shoulder and say "What the hell is that? I looks awful."

She told me it was "Second Life" and I vowed on that day never to play it.

But anyway... I was playing Second Life today.... [doh, lol]

I decided to try out the game because I heard a lot of furs play the game, and lately I've really wanted to get to know some other furs. I have a cool blue fox avatar thing, but I'm just not sure at the moment how to really... approach people on the game. So I'm a little slow starting out here, if you wanna talk to me on there I'm "Motion Stratten."

In other news I sent a PM about Radio Furtopia. I wont say much besides that i'd be interested in DJing on it, but I have no idea if it's actually a possibility.

Thanksgiving rolled around and I didn't really have any food at home, and every place in my small town was closed, so I picked up some chips at the gas station. So I was thankful for that I suppose.

Well, my cat has been hanging around me all morning, meowing and rubbing against me. He doesn't like it when I leave town, and I just got back last night from spending the week in Chicago. I got him for my birthday, he's about 17 and a half years old now.

I was in Chicago for Midwest Furfest. I decided I'd go to one, as I had never gone to one before, and I've always liked a lot of furry things and I was able to take the time off. A

I know there are a lot of furs online, and I figured LJ would be a good place to start out talking to furs again. I'll probably just use my LJ to document changes with me, as well as to communicate with some other furs.

Almost 2:30PM on a Monday means that I'm going to have to start preparing for work soon.
